And so ends my travels across the globe. As I write this from Dubai airport, I have completed around half the return journey, with a final 18 hour flight to go. I haven’t had any major hassles yet, other than a delay due to fog which made me hurry a little to enter the connecting gate. Thankfully this airport is remarkably well laid out and well signed, with driverless trains regularly getting passengers between terminals. It’s also lucky that it’s early morning, with very little traffic.
