These photos are from a roll of Kodak Ektar 100 film that I finally finished recently. It includes my trip to Christchurch, New Plymouth and the Wellington South Coast. I really enjoy the colourful palette of this film stock, with a wide dynamic range that comes close to a digital camera. If you look closely, you will also see a bit of halation on some of the photos, which is basically the leaking of light around bright light sources – in this case a red glow.

Lovely images, Ektar is one of my favourite emulsions, especially in summer!
